P4205 – Interior of Jejunum
An upper segment of the jejunum is isolated from the abdominal cavity to diplay both external and internal features. The jejunal intestinal wall is cut open to display the thick circular folds projecting within the lumen. Visible structures include branches of the ileocolic artery, associated arterial arcades and vasa recta.
